No-Show Protocol

Pick-up from home: FirstAlt APP will count down approximately 5 minutes upon arrival.
Once the countdown is complete, you have the option to leave, and you will still get paid for it.
Drop-off to school: If you are late and the staff is not there, do not leave. Call FirstAlt
dispatch or SW for further instructions. If you are on time and the staff is late, do not leave. Call
*FirstAlt and they will pay you for the wait time.
Pick up from school: If you’re on time and the student is late and not ready yet, call FirstAlt
or Hoplink immediately. Do not leave until you confirm with FirstAlt.

-FirstAlt APP will count down approximately 5 minutes upon arrival for a student
pick-up. During this time, if that student isn't present right away, from your vehicle, you can
communicate with the staff that you’re waiting for your student. Once the countdown is complete
and your student still has not arrived at your vehicle, call FirstAlt dispatch to let them
know the student has not arrived, then you’ll mark that ride as a “no-show” and leave. No
worries, you’ll still get paid for this ride.
